As in the song "Lawyers In Love" we have a land, a nation with too many in high places willing to do anything for money neglecting people, honor and principle but a change is coming. No more falling for the lie of living only individualistic and independent lives leaving us divided and conquerable by powerful special interests but a people, a nation collaborating for the greater common good in various groups all across the nation. A land of people working together to help one another with a vision moreover as Jesus would have us be. Love, Mercy, Forgiveness, Kindness....something about another Land. The change is coming

On McCain versus Bush
As an independent supporter of Senator John McCain I have to say that this whole thing is a complete travisty. On the verge of having a chance to return the Republican party back to a state of honor and integrity we selected a man who has no real following and whose only claim to fame is that his father was President of the United States of America. The governor of Texas? It has been shown without refute that to be governor of that state requires the least leadership abilities of all fifty states. I can say that most all the guys I work with don't think much of the guy. It would be fair to say they didn't like his father but only supported him because he was the lesser of two evils. These guys were all big Reagan supporters and didn't think much of a "new world order". At the beginning of this go round they were split between McCain and Bush but the more they know about W. the less they like. In fact W. usually brings on jokes and ridicule much more than any kind of respect. But still he is the lesser of two evils . So all of you who think George W. is so great in the eyes of your fellow working class republicans best go hit the coffee because it's definitely wake-up time. This thing is barely floating and you hear a lot of comments from some that he is just a step up from Quayle, that is not too stable a character. The Republicans had a chance to return the party to the integrity of Linclon but instead you sold out to the unreasonable power of money. Corporate America and the wealthy certainly need, as any other group, representation but not beyond reason to even roll over into what appears to be established bridery and corruption. The choice of Bush over McCain has deeply engrained, now, the cynicism and distrust of the American people. And we teach our children about the principles of our Constitution, the honor of the founding fathers and the honesty of Lincoln then turn around and look at and accept what is the status quo in our congress today. How you could have chosen W. Bush over McCain I'll never understand. What Senator John McCain went through in vietman gave him the toughness and guts to stand up against the power of corrupt greed. For the Republican party it was a rare chance at courage and heroism lost to cowardice.
