With Judge Antonio Scalia's passing it doesn't mean Obama will appoint a justice that will overturn Citizen's United and much of Obama's pro-corporate state decisions but if his broader ideological bent is any guide we can expect a number of reversals on decisions that have left the common electorate without almost any say compared to the corporate state's millions in "free money speech".
