I liked Joe Biden and still try to like him but this remark cannot be ignored because it so reminds me of the perceived disconnection Hillary Clinton had with much of America.
“And the truth of the matter is you didn’t hear a single solitary sentence in the last campaign about that guy working on the assembly line making 60,000 bucks a year and a wife making $32,000 as a hostess in a restaurant and they’re making 90 grand and they’ve got two kids and they can’t make it and they’re scared.”
Biden would be a better candidate than a lot of others but remarks talking about an assembly line worker making 60 grand a year with a wife as a restaurant hostess making 32 grand is just how out of touch Biden is with over 60 percent of America. You hear this crap all the time and that is not the income reality. It's as if Democrats don't want to acknowledge or take responsibility for the real state of wages in this country for the vast majority of people. We have to make sure the Democratic or Independent candidate that talks about the income gap in America knows what they're talking about and is informed about the majority they want votes from. You think??
The perception that Biden could be as compromised as Hillary relative to Wall Street is given another boost.
I still like Biden but it appears he is not the answer. Can somebody get Bernie some HGH?
