The Photobucket web-hosting site has always been free and so after you have compiled your many photos to it they change the rules. Once you have compiled a large library of photos they undercut you and say you are over their limit of photos because, not that you went over the limit, but because they have changed the number of free photos now allowed and now to top it all off free members are saddled with a Photobucket watermark on all YOUR photos you now host on another website making the whole enterprise essentially useless. Look at it up there on the blog, a photobucket watermark. Real great huh? You know I can see them doing that to new customers but for long established users and then just suddenly that's up there on their photos they have used for years.
Whether this is a product of the Trump/right-wing anti-net neutrality push I'm not certain but the environment created by it has produced brazen moves by sites believing they can roll around their users the way they want with no oversight or consequences.
I will fix this watermark but hey it's summer but i'll get to it.
I was going to put up an article about the firing of a cartoonist that put out this cartoon about the callousness regarding treatment of migrant families but the cartoon itself will do for now. It reaches out beyond just one issue and that's for sure.
