As in the song "Lawyers In Love" we have a land, a nation with too many in high places willing to do anything for money neglecting people, honor and principle but a change is coming. No more falling for the lie of living only individualistic and independent lives leaving us divided and conquerable by powerful special interests but a people, a nation collaborating for the greater common good in various groups all across the nation. A land of people working together to help one another with a vision moreover as Jesus would have us be. Love, Mercy, Forgiveness, Kindness....something about another Land. The change is coming

Unemployment Rate Falls to 7.8% - The Game Changer

For months the experts, the pundits and the politicians have been saying that if the unemployment rate does not fall below 8% before the election it will be very hard for Obama to win. The Republicans have been hammering away with this for months but now that edge is gone. Out today is the news that the unemployment rate has indeed fallen to it's lowest level since 2009 below 8% down to 7.8% and it could not have come at a better time not only for Obama but for Democrats in general. This will help many of those in congressional races but will give the president the ammo he needs in the next debate with Romney of which Obama fully realizes how that game will be played now. Some say the first debate was a game changer but that one is over and Obama has now had his "so thats how it is" moment.
It was surely good for Romney that Obama came into the debate expecting a polite affair but almost all incumbent presidents do fall for such foolishness and end up getting blindsided by a hungry and in Romney's case an especially frustrated challenger with style but little truth on his side however the game changer will not be the first debate as hard as some Republicans wish it to be so which will be quickly eclipsed by the second debate. The game changer is this watershed unemployment rate of which Obama and the Democrats can now argue, with the math and numbers on their side, that his economic policies are clearly moving in the right direction.

The truth and some would say God always intercedes in time. Amen to that.
