Politicians can do a lot of things to get elected but it is what they are doing now that is the difference.
I write this because we need to understand what is the instigating factor moving the rapidly growing political divide in America. It is very simple, the rich and powerful(Billionaires,corporations,deep-state power structure) maintain control in this way. If the people were to come together without this ongoing political divide and seek solutions their political target would be the rich and powerful and the way they have co-opted our democracy by corrupting the representatives of the people in order to get their way through legislative action.
The rich and powerful at almost all costs do not want to become this target.
The way the rich and powerful avoid this is by pitting the people against themselves so that the people are preoccupied with this hyper-polarized us/them political divide.
Otherwise the people would be more so coming together turning against those in places of power that have abused our system for their own selfish ends. It is afterall those with the power and influence that shape our present state.
Trump is the perfect example of this as he has moved to enrich and favor himself at virtually every turn. Enriching and favoring himself is his prime guiding factor and is a kind of proof and example of the mentality that is at work in our country.
It is difficult enough with self seeking politics as the motivator but this problem is all the more exacerbated by the instigating manipulation from the many politicians so egregiously bought off by the backing of the rich and powerful.
So how hard will it be to overcome this when those with the power and money work us all in this way. My answer here is Jesus, for you first and then toward the outwardly.
You can accept Jesus turn and love one another then vote out all those that play this political field so sinister but what then is important to you is not politics but wanting to save others from the darkness of this world by sharing and showing your love to others. That becomes your prime importance.
The ways of this world are not the ways of the Lord. It is true that the saving of one soul towers over the election of any one politician or ocean of politicians and so you can turn now and do only that and you will be following the best choice you can make and that is the truth. So do you have one choice? No, but we need a lot more of the one and a lot less of the other.
If everyone could have the love and confidence of the Lord they could have empathy and love for one another because there is no limit to God's love. In simple terms; they could afford to. That is the bounty of God's love.
With less greed there would be more sharing and less top heavy hoarders of money so that we could all look after one another and be a people assured of others love for us. The world weighs against us, evil is against us so outside the selfish politicians own world we have every reason to work together.
In this nation the example has been set that free enterprise will work for everyone if the core of the personal black hole is replaced by a shining outward sun. There is no need for the extremer capitalist mentality which is based solely on a profit motivator of personal greed. If people embrace the heart and mentality of the sharing principle to work together and help one another the profit motive "civilized" is embraced by the social standard of the creed everyone enjoys and benefits from. It then becomes a shame and dishonor to hoard to yourself and it should be with a society around you that loves you and will not let you fall.
Some economists insist people would be less motivated to achieve but if you have taken the time to watch and listen you understand that people are really motivated by much more than just the accumulation of money. In a world where people can be assured of others love for one another there is created a transformation inwardly and outwardly that unexperienced until now will make a better world possible.
Evil doesn't easily let go of one of it's best hooks into man but the selfish self jolts, jerks and resists as a frightened child until finally it realizes love abounds. Love abounds because of the Lord and it has a framework now to abound and work within our U.S. Constitution. It will not be perfect because we are not living in a Millennial world yet but it can be so much more as Jesus would have us be.
There is no call here to meddle or change anything about freedom of religion in the Constitution because what is true will testify of itself. Free men will choose and build what they build, now or later.
The truth is, with the rise of democracy and tapping into real love you can have the government you want. You can have the world you want. The founders of this nation made a point of it by starting the U.S. Constitution with "We The People"
I will tell you the rich and powerful of today and their politicians do what they do because they believe at this point now they can get away with it. Under the ruse of "fake news" they fabricate a crisis of fake news to justify censorship across the board of the internet. It is a censorship like we have never seen before in this country except in a time of war and it is unbelievably happening.
The rich and powerful are fully confident now in their nearly complete and total surveillance of America so that push come to shove they could quell any uprising of the people should the people seriously object to their "treatment". The corporate deep-state is becoming more brazenly confident with the establishment of a clearly right-wing Supreme Court that they the corporate deep-state need fear any longer where over-turning or challenging their attempts to "control" government and society overall.
You see, you can want something but those of this world may not and do not want what you want and so since this is a government based on what the people want they, the rich and powerful must manipulate you through the use and buying off of politicians to do what they want or manipulate you in a way that allows them to get and do what they want. It is fully true to say now they control public perception and opinion to keep the pretense of democracy alive but if you look at the polls on the major issues you see it is barely alive.
You understand, this is a democracy or republic if you like. It is a government of the people and for the people. It is We The People, one vote for each person, majority rule, the will of the people and it is not about an ideology but about our basic Constitution and for it to work as intended we need a lot less of ourselves and a lot more love for one another. There are more words in our Constitution about working together and the common good than a dog eat dog land of economic selfishness.
To get there I really do believe, I know, we need a lot more of Jesus and a lot less of singular selves.
